Christmas Card Santa!

Here are two of my very favorite Christmas Card designs!  I LOVE the Santa Stamp - it's so Victorian!  The other is the wood-cut look NOEL stamp.  It's just spectacular by itself without much embellishment.

On the Santa Stamp, I used the NEW Stampin' Up! Watercolor pencils.  They're SPECTACULAR!  Wait til you can play with them!
The NOEL is stamped in Emerald Envy ink, Stickles were added for the holly berries.  I used Real Red cardstock for the card base, and ribbon.

December Birthday - Late Posting! It's Busy at the Holidays!

My cousin's wife's birthday is almost mid-December.  Mom and I finished the calendars early enough that there was time for me to show her this set of dies and stamps I ordered from Papertrey Ink.

I've made this card quite a few times since I first bought the bundle.  Each time it's a different color set...  Dark Blues, Purples, Sky Blue as on this card.  My beloved Bermuda Bay...

I saw this on Pinterest, and after some investigation I found this comes from a company called Papertrey Ink.  The stamp set is called Paper Clippings.  Scroll down on the page, and you'll find the two coordinating die sets.
The inside is a new stamp set available in just a few days from Stampin' Up!  You can find more information on my Stampin' Up! blog... Susan Vilar Stamps!

New Catalog (2016-2017) Event Samples 13

OMG I LOVE LOVE LOVE this stamp set!!!!!

Swirly Bird, Swirly Bird, Swirly Bird!!

There are a million (hyperbole - figurative language) things you can do with this set!  I'm not even using close to all the images included in the stamp set!  I know it's going to be one of my favorites.  Almost as favorite as Gorgeous Grunge!
One thing I did you might not see unless you look closely - I used the dots included in the stamp set and stamped them on the swirl die cuts.  I can see these colors in lots of my craft work in the future... they coordinate well together.
Here's the card in my very favorite colors...  Bermuda Bay, Melon Mambo, and Daffodil Delight.  They just speak to me.  I could (almost) work in these colors for all my craft work.

Contact me if you'd like to make these SUPER cute cards!

Here are the materials I used in making them.

HOW many more of these????  Yes, there are more coming.  I've been incredibly busy! :)  I LOVE it!

I've been here at the computer for about 3 hours now, and ready to take a break, but there are more things to show you!

Here again are two cards - one using the new colors, and one using the "old" colors.  I should probably say current colors.  They're not old, and I do love them.....  it's always fun having new colors to play with every year!

The flowers come from a stamp set called Number of Years.  I think I've underutilized this stamp set, and wanted to spend some time playing with color combinations.
On this card, the flowers are Flirty Flamingo, Peekaboo Peach, and Sweet Sugarplum.
On this card, the flowers are Calypso Coral, Crushed Curry, and Perfect Plum.

Rainbows!!  Ahhh  I do love them!  My college dorm was COVERED in them!  Mobiles, posters, anything I could find....

When this set debuted last year, I bought it immediately!  I haven't used it as much as I'd like, but lately, it's been getting some more of my attention.
I just love the colors so much.

Here are two versions...  I would also turn this into a birthday card.
On this second rainbow card I substituted Emerald Envy for the Wild Wasabi I used on the first card.

Here are the products I used to make these two cards.
If you'd like to make these cards or some variation, contact me, and I'll help you with product choices and options.
