New Catalog (2016-2017) Event Samples 7

At my Stamp Club run by my upline Demo Kathy we made this card in vanilla and suede.  It was beautiful!  I copied it EXACTLY for my own Card Club.  It's a beautiful card.

I wanted to try it with the new colors, and made an amplified version below making it very "busy" indeed, as is my style.  Busy, Busy, Busy! :)

This card is quick to piece together.  Flirty Flamingo cardstock and ink, and the Tin of Cards stamp set.

This card, amplified is just as quick to put together, even though it looks incredibly busy.
Stamp the background with Dapper Denim using the Timeless Textures stamp set, and adhere the Night of Navy Die Cut from the Rose Garden Die cut set.

I like the two blues together... the lighter Dapper Denim, and the darker Night of Navy.

My Card Club First Club Date.

Our first club meeting consisted of these two cards. I used my normal color palette in the first card, and decided to use another color grouping for my 2nd card.

#imbringingbirthdaysback is the new Stampin' Up! theme for the year.  Lots and lots of birthday card making options!
The card above is from the Balloon Builders stamp set in Blackberry Bliss, Melon Mambo, Daffodil Delight, Wild Wasabi, and of course.... Bermuda Bay!
The inside is the best part!  Stampin' Up came up with pop-up dies!  They're so easy to use, and make a real statement! The one showing could be used for so many occasions; not just birthdays!  There is another die with the set that is a Happy Birthday pop-up.  Here it is!  (See below).

They come in a  package of 2 die cuts called Party Pop-Ups Thinlits Dies.
This card used grays and black! Timeless Textures is the stamp set, and I again used the Thanks die on the front. (It's one of my faves.) I think one of the texture stamps looks like a coffee ring. It's quite out of my comfort zone, but I really like it!
