Christmas in July 13

Here's another version of the Sunburst Card technique!

I dug out some DCWV paper I had stashed from last year (Such good sales on paper right after Christmas!)  I paid for it, but could call it a steal for sure!! :D

SO, after looking at the patterns in the stack, I chose these 5 and put them on a Bashful Blue (ret.) base.  The stamp set is also retired, Patterned Pines.  I forgot how amazing the silver embossing powder is from Stampin' Up!  It heated and set so well!
