Paper tole is a layering technique. I've used it before. This flower image lends itself really well to the layering technique. I stamped, colored and punched out 3 of the large flowers.
I also hand colored and used dimensionals under pieces of the other flowers as well.
It looks great in person, but looking at it here, I think I'll go back and add some "lifted" leaves to add some dimension as well.
